Terms
DRAFT · FOR REVIEWDRAFT · v0.1 · 13 AUG 2026
The terms your account runs under: what a credit buys, how a run ends, and what a report is good for. A draft for Creative Human and its counsel.
A draft for Creative Human and its counsel to correct and sign off. Everything in square brackets with underscores is a placeholder for a particular the engine has no way to verify: an invented register number, an invented address or an invented assurance would each be worse than a visible gap. 9 particulars still to fill on this page.
Scope
These terms govern the use of Glasshouse by businesses (§14 BGB), legal persons under public law and public-law special funds. Glasshouse is not offered to consumers. A customer's own terms apply only where we have agreed to them in writing.
What the service is
Glasshouse rehearses a decision against a simulated public. You upload the materials behind the decision, ask a question about how the world will react, and the product has synthetic personas react to one another in timed rounds; the result is a report whose claims trace back to individual personas, posts and graph nodes.
A report is a decision aid, not advice: not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and not a professional opinion. It does not predict how a real public will react. What you decide on the strength of it stays your decision.
Credits, tiers and top-ups
Credits are prepaid units of computation. One credit is a set quantity of simulation-stage output tokens; the conversion in force sits in the price table the displayed price is computed from.
The price of a run follows from the number of participants, the number of platforms, the tier you choose and the model preset the run is configured with. A preset whose models cost more per token costs more per run. It is shown before the run starts and becomes binding when you confirm it; if the room resolves differently between the quote and the confirmation, the price is recomputed rather than quietly charged.
A run ends when the budget bought for it is spent, at a round boundary and never mid-round. How many rounds that turns out to be follows from the run itself, so the product shows an estimated range and never promises a round count.
The free credits a new account starts with are granted at no charge, are not transferable and cannot be paid out. [FREE CREDITS: set how long they are valid and whether a grant can be withdrawn, _____]
Your obligations
You confirm that you are entitled to use the materials you upload and that our processing of them infringes no third-party rights. You keep your access credentials to yourself.
Glasshouse may not be used for electoral campaigning, nor for military, defence, intelligence or harm-directed purposes. That holds however a project is labelled and admits no exception; the non-elected administration of a state is expressly permitted, and winning an election expressly is not. You may not provide access to Glasshouse, nor supply a report or any other output of it, to a party those restrictions cover, whether as a reseller, a white-label partner, a channel, an agency acting for them, or in any other arrangement. A breach of any of this entitles us to terminate without notice and to suspend access at once.
Availability
We operate the service with due care but owe no particular level of availability. Maintenance windows and outages are possible. [SERVICE LEVEL: decide whether an availability commitment is given, and what it says, _____]
If a run breaks off for reasons on our side, it is continued from where it stopped rather than recomputed; where that is not possible, we credit back what it consumed. Today a person does that on a request to support@creativehuman.ai. [CREDIT-BACK: settle the entitlement, the deadline and the route, _____]
Prices and payment
[PRICES AND PAYMENT: settle the price list, how payment is made, the payment term, how VAT is shown and the reverse-charge treatment for customers in other EU states, _____]
Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for a breach of essential contractual duties, and then only up to the damage typically foreseeable for a contract of this kind.
[LIABILITY CAP: settle the ceiling and what it is measured against, with counsel, _____] We are not liable for a decision taken on the strength of a report: a report is a rehearsal, not an outcome.
Term and termination
The account relationship runs for an indefinite term. [TERMINATION: notice periods, the form notice takes, and what happens to unused credits, _____] The right of either side to terminate for good cause is unaffected.
Data protection
How we process data is set out on the privacy page. Where we process personal data on your instructions, an Art. 28 GDPR agreement covers it: [PROCESSING AGREEMENT: settle the template and how it gets signed, _____]
Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. [PLACE OF JURISDICTION: exclusive jurisdiction at the company's registered seat, _____] Should any provision be invalid, the rest of the contract stays in force. [CHANGES: settle how a change to these terms is announced, with what notice, and what silence means, _____]
This is an English rendering. The binding version is the German one, served when the language is set to German.
